I finally found a Bosch CIS fuel injection system in a salvage yard. I got the following components: fuel pump; fuel pressure accumulator; fuel filter; fuel distributor; fuel injectors; cold start valve; control pressure regulator; air flow sensor; and fuel lines for $72.00. The system came from a 1979 VW Rabbit except for the control pressure regulator which came from a 1981 VW Golf.
