The oil cooler inlet duct is out of the mold and I have added an aluminum clip to hold the duct onto the oil cooler. When the flox dries I'll put another aluminum edge on the opposite side.
I've been sanding a bunch on the top cowl but there is not much to show for it. The two part foam seems to cure with surface bubbles when applied in thin coats to fill low spots. I have not had this problem when pouring the foam into a mold. I tried a thin coat of micro slurry but that was a disaster. It's harder to sand than the foam and you end up with an uneven surface because of the different sanding rates.
