The oil cooler inlet air duct has been fiberglassed after it cures another 24 hours I'll pull the foam plug out of it.
Here are some shots of the top cowl being formed from the Rand Robinson pre-molded cowling. Using the TypeIV engine the cowl had to be taller and longer so I cut the cowl in several places and filled in between with two part foam poured into sheet plastic molds duct taped to the inside of the cowling.
