While working on the engine baffles I discovered that there is a leak in the intercooler.  There are two photos of this problem.  The first shows the general area of the leak and the second is a close up of the leak.  The leak is located where the top crossover pipe contacts the left side-plate on the front side of the intercooler.

Per Tom Wyatt, the Tom at Turbo Tom's,  AeroPoxy and flox is the solution here.  He has used it several times with no problems.  After I apply the flox he recommends using a heat gun to make sure the epoxy runs into the hole before it sets.  I'll give it a try tomorrow.

Here's the photo of the completion of the left rear baffle template.  The side baffle was modified to make a smooth interface to the aft baffle.
