I give up! My lack of welding ability has got me two months behind on my project. I'm going to the EAA SportAir Welding Workshop in Griffin, GA next Friday. Fortunately, I've only ruined the tubing, not the inter-cooler.
The FAA did say that my homebuilt was for educational purposes, I guess they are right, I'm going back to school!
