The hot section of the turbo plumbing is complete!        (May 1, 2002)

The exhaust system is finally completed!  Originally it was built as a normally aspired engine so the exhaust is 304 stainless steel.  For the turbocharged application, 321 stainless would be better but I already had the 304 so that's what I've used.  There are KRs flying turbocharged with mild steel exhaust so I think this will work well.   Check my supplier page for Cronatron Welding, they have the best welding rods I've ever used.  It makes the rookie look good!  Now it's on to the cold section and plumbing the compressor.
